We offer 6, 8 and 10 inch cakes in round, square and heart shapes. Our cakes are typically 6-8 inches in height. 

We offer 4, 6, and 12 pack cupcake boxes for our standard sized cupcakes and 12 and 24 pack boxes for our mini-cupcakes. 

We specialize in floral designs styles using buttercream. Each flower is hand-crafted in real time to mimic real-life looking flowers then strategically placed on cakes and cupcakes to create a work of art. 

Yes, we accommodate orders that do not want floral designs, but we only accept them based on the type of design, how involved the work is to create and the timeline for execution.  

No, all our cakes are covered in buttercream only. Fondant is only used minimally as needed for customizations. We DO NOT accept orders for 100% fondant covered cakes. 

Yes, in addition to our regular cupcakes, we also offer Vegan. Gluten-Free is available upon request. 

• Our Vegan cupcakes are free of eggs and dairy and are made using plant-based butter, coconut or oat milk. 
• Gluten-free is only offered upon request so you may not see it as an option on our site listings. Please contact us if you are interested in ordering.

We offer 7 standard cake flavors: 

• Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet, Almond, Lemon, Strawberry and Pineapple. 
• Seasonal flavors: apple cinnamon, pistachio, coconut, carrot and orange spice. 
• Other flavors may be available upon request.

Yes, we offer cake tasting consultations where you can select up to 6 different cake flavors and discuss your design ideas and preferred flavors, for a $50 fee:

Because we want to give you the best, all of our ingredients are of high quality!

•  All of our cupcake and buttercream recipes are "made from scratch" and are therefore original and unique to our brand.

We DO NOT accept:

We encourage you to place your order as early as possible. Our order minimum timeframes are:

• 2 weeks in advance for single tier cakes.
• 3 weeks in advance for 2-3 tier cakes.
• 3-5 days for cupcakes.

Yes, we accept last minute orders based on our availability and they are subject to the following RUSH fees for orders placed:

• less than 2 weeks in advance for single tier cakes = $25
• less than 3 weeks in advance for 2-3 tier cakes = $75
• less than 3 days for mini cupcakes, standard sized cupcakes and cupcake bouquets = $15 (Requires you to contact us for approval to order if less than 3 days' notice)

Yes, we accept large cupcake orders for any event.  Cupcake orders over 4 dozen (48) are considered large orders. We can accommodate orders up to 500 cupcakes at a time.

All payments for orders are processed through our website after which you will receive:

• an email confirmation detailing your order so please CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. 

Yes, we offer delivery ($20 Charlotte and its surrounding towns).

$20 + IRS mileage rate per mile for delivery outside the city of Charlotte, NC and its surrounding towns. 

Customers also have the option of collecting their order at a mutually public location that will be provided to you at checkout AND on your order confirmation email.

• Our Cupcakes are BEST CONSUMED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. Storing our cupcakes on the counter at room temperature is most ideal IF YOU WILL BE consuming them within 24hrs of receiving them from us.
• Avoid direct sunlight and warm enclosed spaces to prevent the buttercream from melting. 
• Keep them in a cool shaded area if outdoors. 

• If you have leftovers and want to save them for later, our cupcakes can be stored in your freezer long term (up to 2 weeks). Be sure to store them in sealed airtight containers to maintain freshness and prevent freezer burn. 
• Upon removing them from the freezer for consumption, allow 1 hour for full defrost at room temperature. 

• Always store Cream Cheese filled cupcakes in Air-Conditioned areas IF consuming within 24hrs of receiving them.
• Refrigerate cupcakes with Cream Cheese Buttercream filling after 24hrs of receiving them to prevent the Cream Cheese from spoiling.
